Representing the Jakarta administration, PT JakLingko President Director Muhamad Kamaludin who received the award said that the award marked the success of the JakLingko program as a pioneer in integrating public transportation payment systems.
Currently, the program has been implemented in 4 modes of transportation (MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta, Transjakarta, and Commuterline) in Jakarta and its surrounding areas.

Among them are O-CITY (Russia), PT JakLingko Indonesia, Thales and Jatelindo Perkasa Abadi (Indonesia), MetrôRio (Brazil), Opal Digital Card and Contactless Transport Payments (Australia), The South Australian Public Transport Authority (SAPTA) (Australia), TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) (Pakistan), Cubic Transportation System and MTA (America), and Innoforce (Kazakhstan).
He added that JakLingko's success in the award was the result of the cooperation of all parties, from the Jakarta administration, Transportation Ministry, transportation operators (PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda), PT LRT Jakarta, PT Transjakarta, PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia-KCI), Grab Indonesia, including good synergy with the Jatelindo Perkasa Abadi Indonesia (JPAI) Consortium, Thales, Lyko, and PT Aino Indonesia as strategic partners of PT JakLingko Indonesia.
